when comes to role model,people always think about some pop stars or heros,but my role model is my grandpa.grandpa is a simple maths teacher.when i was a child, i always thought to be weak because i'm thin and weak in sports and maths. not only my teachers and classmates,but also my mother always scold that how stupid i was.but grandpa didn't think so.instead of scolded, he always encouraged me that "don't give up, just try again".becides, he also helped me with maths.because of his patient and good teaching,i found maths was so interesting and became good at it day by day.i never forgot the day i had got the first full mark.when i showed it to grandpa, he smiled and shared the happiness with me.during all these years,grandpa has been like a big tree to me.under the tree,i have felt comfortable,securie and been well protected by him.because of his encouragement, i overcome lots of difficulties and find back my confidence.what's more, i became to know that very often a disappointment some times can becomes a turning point for a wonderful experience to along.now i want to express to grandpa that how greatful i am,and his words "don't give up, just try again" are also deeply in my heart.

in china, everybody knows lei feng. in his short but meaningful life, the number of the people who have accepted lei feng’s help is
countless. he was a soldier in the army and was always ready to help others. he was a great man with good qualities, he cared much more about others than himself. he thoughtthat "man's life is limited , but serving the people is unlimited. i should devoted my limited life to serve the people."lei feng wrote this in his diary, and so he did.
unfortunately, he died because of the work when he was still young. but his spirit has influenced us, especially the teenagers. in 1963,
chairman mao wrote “learn to lei feng” for him. people began to learnt from him. they do as lei feng did, helping and caring for others. the saying "lei feng is our example" spread everywhere for decades. our society needs such a spirit, needs thousands of millions of persons like lei feng
though lei feng has been away from us for many years,his spirit and good qualities are still alive. he made me know that helping and caring others is of great importance.

在我的家中，我的二哥是一位小学老师。那时年幼，我的爸爸没有时间照顾我，把我带到二哥那里去玩。每次到二哥的家里，可以看到他的书房里有很多的课外书籍，最让我醒目是那几个大字：“学高为师，身正为范”挂在那墙壁上。我只认得字，不懂那八个字的意思，便跑去问二哥。二哥说：“知识要学得多才能成为别人的老师，做人要正当，才能给别人树立好的模范。等你以后知识学多了就知道了”。从那时起，我的理想就是当一名合格的'人民教师，为什么我会喜欢这个职业呢？那是我认为当教师能教给别人更多的知识。当然还有二哥的言传身教影响了我。
在小镇上学的时光在我的印象里只有一位老师，语文、数学她都会。从一年级到三年级她两门课都教，没有数学老师。直到四年级，来了一位支教的数学老师，从那以后，她就教语文了。从中可以知道那时的教师是缺乏的，没办法，没有老师来呀。她那时每天要上七节课。现在想想是多么的不容易，一天下来就很累了，晚上还要批改当天的作业。
老师虽辛苦，可她能带给别人知识的海洋。现在的我也正朝着老师的道路行走着，我的未来路，我不怕路途的艰辛，因为老师是我人生的追求。

我想，梦想贵在脚踏实地。马云说的几句话让我记忆犹新。他说：其实梦想不必要很大，只需要觉得你能做得到。梦想永远跟眼泪和汗水是在一起的。假如梦想离开了眼泪和汗水那就变成乱想和空想。每个人都有梦想，每个阶段都有不同的梦想，我不例外，你也不例外。但是，你是否真的有努力地去追求过？
